Job Profile & Responsibilities: • Handling the team of 10 person (6 RM’s, 3 CPA’s and 1 Runner Boy)• Motivate and Drive the team for achieving the working capital business target.• Prepare and review monthly activity calendar for Acquisition RM’s in first week of every month• Ensure proper On-boarding of all new customer acquired• Closely monitor the team for Business Targets, Timely Renewals and close the deferral/Exception on time.• Monitor daily sales report on a regular basis.• Conduct Daily/Weekly meeting to discuss the business targets• Liaise/Meeting with all Branch Banking team on a regularly basis to generate the maximum leads.• Monthly meeting with all the supporting staff like: Risk, CAD, RCU and REVG to discuss the issues and monthly business plan.• Monthly meeting with advocate and valuer to discuss about quality and overall TAT of reports • Manage and Track the every leads received from any channel• Mentor and guide of New Joinee as well as existing staff and brief discussed on their role and expectation from them.• Provide timely feedback and conduct training programs/workshops on regular basis to all the team members
