Hiring for F&B Service, Production, Marketing, Operations (QSR & CDR), and Corporate Sales, Learning & Development, HR, F & B Control, Purchase, Quality and other support functions. The only point of contact for all recruitment related actions which includes tapping the sources of manpower, managing vacancies and filling job openings through effective utilization of job portals, references, professional Websites, Campus, screening, short listing, interviewing candidates, placing offers and negotiating terms of employment with them, and orienting them to the organization once they are on board. Effectively managed the entire recruitment process and closing vacancies within stipulated timelines to avoid losing candidates to growing competition and conducting reference checks for all positions. Ensure all joining formalities are completed for all new recruits, which would include documentation and issuing appointment letters as per the company norms. Preparation of various reports on Open, Closed and Budgeted Positions, Recruitment Tracker on TAT and status on Offered & under process positions. Effectively implemented Recruitment Guidelines for the team members so as to enhance external company Branding  Implementation of the Employee Engagement Activities – Star of the Month, Birthday celebrations, Employee Referral Scheme and Reward & Recognition Program. Monitoring team of 2 people

Role & Responsibilities-• Responsible for workforce planning and complete recruitment life cycle for 28 Restaurant and NSO.• Hiring with Key Focus on TAT, source utilization and cost of hire and quality of hire.• Effectively utilizing internal and external sources of recruitment (Advertisement, NGO’s, Employee referral, consultants, Job Portal, Campus Hiring)• Interacting with HOD’s and Managers for resource requirements.• Responsible for Manpower Budgeting, Cost Analysis and Reference Check• To close position through Survey Mapping and travelling to different location• Handling the Mass Hiring Recruitment from Lower Level to the Higher Level• Vendor Management, Negotiation and Validation of their bills• Salary Negotiation and Releasing of Offer Letter and Appointment letter• Managing the complete joining formalities of the new Managers• Coordinating and Managing the complete bank account opening, Proper Documentation, Pan Card of the new Managers• Sending Birthday mail to the employees• Preparing different Recruitment MIS and publish whenever required• Coordination for the Reward & Recognition• Analyzing hiring gaps and designing hiring guidelines to get the desired quality and cost.
