Additionally, I worked with various petroleum instruments from Cannon Instruments, USA and Koehler Instruments, USA like Flash points, cloud and pour point, automatic distillation apparatus, Vapor pressure, kinematic viscosity meter and so on.In my most recent role as Senior Customer Service Executive, I was responsible for establishing and monitoring customer service standards, directing a team of engineers, and evaluating interactions between associates and customers. I handled a range of products from Laboratory, Beverages, microwave synthesis, and petroleum instruments like Density meters, Stabinger Viscometer, Flash and Fire point, Oxidation bath, and other petroleum instruments. I also gained knowledge of optical instruments like refractometer, polarimeter, oxygen analyzer, online density meter, microwave synthesis, and alcohol meters.In my earlier role , I provided primary customer support to assigned territory customers, answered product and service questions, and communicated with principals regarding technical support. I also carried out Annual Maintenance / repair of Continuous Particle counter (M/s PMS, USA & HACH, USA) monitoring instruments, Particle Sizer (Malvern Instruments, UK), and installation & commissioning of Online & offline particle counters and calibration of Air and Liquid Particle counters along with its pharmaceutical qualification.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle critical problems in analyzer sampling systems. I have gained extensive experience in installation & commissioning of Universal Testing Machine (Tinius Olsen) with servicing and calibration of Material testing Equipment like Elcometer, Struers, and Thermal Validation system (Ellab, Denmark) of Temperature, pressure, viscosity, relative humidity sensor etc.With my extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and product knowledge, I am confident in my ability to deliver exceptional service and support to customers.
