Have more than 16 years of rich and diverse experience in Network Management and Administration, Managing the entire Information Technology and Communication operations, Data Management, PMIS, Project Management, ERP and Engineering Software Application Support, Database Management, E-mail and Internet Services, Software Asset Management, Disaster Recovery, Procurement of Systems, Video Conferencing, Internal Quality Audits – QMS / BMS

- Systems network including firewall, e-mail and internet services;- Close interaction with the top management on both strategic and delivery of IT solutions;- Driving SAP initiatives and ensuring implementation of modules as per plan;- Negotiations with vendors/service providers for hardware, software and connectivity to obtain desired level of services and results;- Support in developing and strategizing the MIS requirements

- Provide support to end users either over the phone or in person so as to solve their computing problems in a timely manner-Monitor equipment for errors or stoppages and take remedial action-Troubleshoot difficult or unusual situations -Build new PCs to a standard operating environment - Implement, manage, and troubleshoot hardware device drivers- Implement, configure, manage, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems, peripherals, applications and server platforms at Client’s office.- Training of software packages at client’s place; and- Troubleshooting and upkeep of systems.- Software support
