• Working with Supporting Association for Thematic and Holistic Initiative (SATHI) as state convener/Program Director: Since Nov, 2015. Major projects handling currently  Strengthening People’s Action for Humane Equitable and Sustainable Society- SAHES Fellowship. This Fellowship program objective is to strengthen the Constitution values. Currently 45 Fellows are engaged with this program. This is Azim Premji supported program. Empowering Rural Women-ERW project is being implemented in 15 Gram Panchayats supported by Azim Premji Foundation.  Digital school program: 15 schools supported by eVidyaloka Trust, Bangalore  Promoting Civil Society Action project supported by Caring Friends. Other management and coordination: SATHI Network program coordination and management, Resource Mobilization work for SATHI, Handholding and consultancy support to the member organizations of SATHI/Civil Society Organizations. - Work in close coordination with Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramoday Unversity , Gramoday Fellows, pursuing students and Local CSOs. - Managing overall program of SATHI and coordination with 12 partner CSOs.- Ensure the effective implementation of project as per stated plan, budget and strategy.- 12. Regular handholding and mentoring support to Gramoday Fellows and program team. - Providing support to pursuing student & fellows for planning and their linkage with Local CSOs during block placement.- To identify the CB needs implementing CSOs and link with them the appropriate resource persons.- Timely submission of periodic reports, MIS and required documents to SATHI-UP and SDTT by ensuring the authenticity and quality of the facts and figures.- Ensure the timely execution of periodical planning and review process, develop mechanism of monitoring and ensure its execution, and compliances of the feedback given during the review and monitoring process.
