Key Result Areas:• Responsible for P&L of the entire operational fleet and Leading a fleet of 210MW wind asset management.• Assets optimization through different technique like retrofit, software updates, asset calibrations, PM planned in low wind / low irradiation days by using forecasting.• Ensure optimization of all wind generating plants and associated switchyards for output performance including turbine availability, turbine utilization.• Carry out failure analysis of equipment and ensure implementation of recommendations• Network with the Wind resource consultants to finalize the Long term Energy Assessment and operational Forecast.• Developed in house Assets monitoring studio for wind and solar• Developed SOP for the Asset Management and life cycle of the projects-Renewables• Developed a strategy to have full control of OEM for vendor selection, spares management, PM activities, manpower management, turbine optimization, etc• Managing sale of power, billing and collection from DISCOM & third party• Ensuring compliance submission on time, legal council acts. • Imparting technical and commercial guidance to business development on key asset contract principally the operations and maintenance contracts at each site• Heading risk management team to work out the strategy to minimize the risk through the different technical, commercial and financial instruments including insurance & wind derivative• Governing the operations for new site selection & working with third party consultant like energy assessment, land due diligence, power evacuation, regulatory authorities & so on• Working with lenders, bankers, rating agencies, insurance, external auditors, etc• Ensure HSSE and Environmental Management Plans are implemented on time for all projects• Training and develop the team with the aim of strengthening competency and building operational excellence Sustaining zero non-compliance.
