• Over 12 years of diverse experience in Information Technology across multiple markets including Banking/Finance, Business and several Engineering disciplines encompassing development & emphasis on overall enhancement of software/system product quality• Experience in leadership role as a QA Manager, lead, mentor & problem solver for delivery of multiple QA projects at client site as well as offshore/onsite• Experience with Investment Banking, trading domains, Fixed Income Securities/Money Market instruments, Android & iOS mobile applications testing• Fluent in Agile/SCRUM and lean development methodologies• Extensive experience in coordinating testing effort, responsible for test deliverables, status reporting & issue escalations• Experience in Process development, system design simulation, schedule and resource allocation, gap analysis, vendor contract negotiating and defect system development and tracking• Solid experience in manual and automated testing of applications using Java, Maven, TestNG, Selenium Webdriver, Appium, API testing using REST-Assured and HP-Mercury Suite (QTP & Quality Center)• Testing expertise includes Automation Test Strategy/Framework designing, Automation Test Planning, Test Scheduling, creating & executing test cases for System Testing, Functionality, data validation, and regression Testing• Extensive experience of creating complex SQL queries to test the Backend functionality of the application and Data validation• Involved in Black Box, GUI, Functionality, System, Performance, Load, Sanity, Automation using Page Objects/Keyword/Data driven frameworks, Regression and Integration testing of the applications• Extensive experience in Requirements analysis using CaliberRM, Bug Reporting or Defect tracking using Quality Center, TestRail, Star Team, JIRA, Bugzilla and Mantis• Ability to work within team and guide the junior and inexperienced members of the team
