Project Manager
Current* Analyze initial Client requirement specification during the planning phase of a B2C project and provide solutions from a interior perspective* Understanding blueprints and drawings, Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs with extensive knowledge of interior materials and fit-outs* Collaborate with Interior Designer, Planning and Customer Success team to ensure work clarification, timeline and deliverables* Assemble client's requirements to turn into executable project plans with well-defined, measurable, and attainable objectives* Enforce and improve the working process among PM teams and others (Customer Success, Operations, Product, etc.). Estimate and manage the project team resources* Build and engage strong relationships with clients, manage stakeholder expectations* Forecast, identify project risks, and propose resolutions* Explore industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution* Update progress status on a consistent basis using project management tools (Google Spreadsheet /Drive)* Experience in site supervision, bill verification* Primary contact for Client issues/questions related to the project & Perform internal audit for Quality* Experience in handling multiple projects in parallel with tight deadlines* Training the team in focus with customer centricity and improve the Net Promoter Score
