Creating the look, layout, and features of a website which involves understanding both graphic design and user interface features. I am involved in a website in website creation, maintenance, and additions to the website. I work with development teams & managers for keeping the site up-to-date and prioritizing needs, among other tasks.My job covers all design aspects of a website. Upon meeting with clients and assessing their needs, I help create and maintain their website & product. My job includes, but not limited to, the following:1. Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off,2. Conceptualizing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.

My day to day work involves creating visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. I develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.My job includes, but not limited to, the following:1. Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project,2. Determine the message the design should portray,3. Create images that identify a product or convey a message,4. Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites,5. Select colors, images, text style, and layout,6. Present the design to clients or the art director,7. Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design,8. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
