As manager architect in the team, my job responsibility mainly deals with conceptualization and capturing customer requirements for detailed engineering for design framework. As project lead, guiding the design team involving Civil, Electrical, HVAC and Structural disciplines, towards finalization of design requirements is one of the primary goals. The range of projects involved major infrastructure projects with state of the art facilities for multi-storied buildings, office buildings, industrial buildings like PEB structures, Clean rooms, etc which involved expertise in the norms of industrial buildings, GRIHA,CPWD specifications and contract procedures, estimation and costing formulation of tender specific documents are part of the job profile.

Greenshapes is a company involved in developing residential communities.The in house design team which I head is involved in concept planning, sustainable design development,brainstorming sessions with the marketing team,coordination with consultants like structural,PHE etc and managing client customization requests.Constant co ordination with the construction team and providing them with relevant working drawings along with compiling and managing data for IGBC green certification of the projects are part of my job profile.

BCIL or Zed Homes as it is called now is involved in the creation of sustainable residential habitats. Joined as an architect, was promoted to a Senior architect in a year and played the role of a principal architect for a brief period in design cell, the in house team of BCIL. During the tenure there, I was involved in designing and co coordinating apartment, resort, villa and plotted development projects.
