Worked in the Development and Engineering department of Hand-Held Devices of Export Manufacturing Strategic Business Unit in BEL.My roles were as follows:1.Prototype ruggedized 10’ tablet utilizing FreeScale’s i.MX8 - 64bit ARM processor on System on module boards. Carried out Power integrity analysis on SOM board layout, Verified gerber layout and layer stackup.4. Completion of design validation and release of drawing for manufacturing on SAP5. Tested and qualified products to IEC/Mil standards - Thermal cycling, vibration, and EMI/EMC.6. Tweaked fuel gauge firmware to provide accurate SOC while utilizing batteries from multiple vendors

Worked in the Development and Engineering department of Mass Manufacturing Division of Export Manufacturing Strategic Business Unit in BEL. Bharat Electronics Limited are veterans and the manufacturers of Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) and Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) for the entire country and also abroad. Our Unit has successfully deployed, supported and assisted in conducting the first elections using EVMs in Namibia.My roles:1. Developed an embedded system from concept to product, used for validating the authenticity of theEVM machine.2. Coordinated with vendors to customize B2B connectors, used to detect physical intrusion.3. Formulated Quality standards for reliability of connectors to meet mil spec4. Devised automated test equipment for cold testing after PCB assembly5. Designed PCBs for mass manufacturing and automated testing to achieve increased throughput.6. Identified bottlenecks in the supply chain and designed alternate compatible circuits to achieve leadtime reduction and cost reduction.

My tasks were to develop firmware to implement electronic differential, regenerative braking for an Electric three-wheeler prototype.I carried out unit testing and integration testing on different software features on the test bench before being were implemented on the prototype.The prototype was successfully test-driven around the test track and performed at par with the commercially available three-wheeler.
