I am an experienced Planning Manager with over 8 years of experience in Bridges & Highways construction, working with S.P. Singla Constructions. Currently, I am working as a Planning Manager for the 4-lane Greenfield DAK Expressway project in Punjab, India, which includes India's longest 1400m long central cable stay span, 850m PSC I-Girder Bridge, and 14km highway. My role in the project includes preparing the baseline program and cash inflow, identifying manpower, material, and machinery, and working on initial submissions like Methodology, QAP, ITP, HSE Plan, and other required submissions.Previously, I worked as a Sr. Engineer Planning for the construction of a 4.8 Km 4-Lane Cable Stayed Signature Bridge in the Arabian Sea, Gujarat, India, connecting missing links between Okha Main Land and Beyt Dwarka Island. My responsibilities included preparation of the baseline/revised construction program on Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and MS Excel, planning for activities by considering all the marine-related challenges, attending progress review meetings under the chairmanship of government officials and Ministers, updating progress & preparing DPR, WPR, and MPR on time, resource planning and monthly review of the same, monitoring the work and cost as per the budget and contract agreement review, preparation of cash inflow, cash outflow, Budget, contractor billing on ERP, and helping in Client Bills Preparation.Throughout my career, I have been determined to develop the most suitable and economically viable construction and engineering methods for projects. I am involved throughout the development stages, and present on the site during the build to oversee procedures. It is my responsibility to estimate a timescale for the project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.
