As Creative and content Head for the network, I have taken up the responsibility of conceptualizing, controlling and to formulate creative concept to culminate into generation of content ideas of different genres of television programmes/OAP/digital space/shows/design for all national Channels of Doordarshan.My job is to advice the Director General to create and support execution of the content strategy (online & offline) of all major channels/portals of Prasar Bharti. It involves seeking and managing new programming, show idea from internal and external producers, assessing pilot episodes, exploring and conceptualizing new shows, execution of all other related activities and simultaneously balancing the mandate of social responsibility of Doordarshan with the commercial imperatives.

Joined the organization as Associate VP and Creative Director for group’s channels Programming, presentation and OAP and later got promoted as Vice President (Creative & Content) for INX Group. The KRAs were to create and conceptualize on air promotions, programs, Special show, digital content, motion graphics, channel packaging, overall look feel of channel and all marketing/Sales oriented work. Have started from scratch to build up a high class design team and to Package and launch two flagship entertainment channels and India’s first 24hr HD ready Premium English News channel.

Joined the organization as a Director (Creative) with ‘The Cell’ – ( The most advance and creative outfit in the industry) For commercials, Motion Graphics Design, Marketing & Sales oriented work, Creative innovations & pitches for corporate clients etc. and shoot plus design based creatives’ and promos for the network. And have handled many big brands like, Sony Ericssson, Nokia, ONGC, Microsoft, Bharat Petroleum, MAX New York Life, HP and Government tourism clients etc.
