Coordination with 250 NGO Partners & 9 City offices for program documentation13. Vendor management for logistics of material14. Responsible for MIS, Process documentation, evaluation reports15. Extensive travel to project sites across the country

Liaison with Head Office and Site offices for program implementation4. Organizing campaigns and events. 5. Preparing Proposals and presentations6. Liaison with the PR Agency/Media, drafting of media invites and press releases7. Liaison with the vendors for obtaining quotes and procurement of Branding Elements8. Resource Mobilization9. Undertake baseline survey of impacted areas to determine original condition of sanitation and record consumer views before starting ops.10. Record current views including shortcoming in our ops and other relevant observations where we have started work.11. Create master data base [A] and act [B] as below:[A]• Identify areas of operation as clusters or Colonies - and nominate them along Wards• Identify influential persons in those colonies/clusters with full details of name address etc• Involve an advocacy group to create resident associations if not already present and consolidate these colonies through a representative network of influential persons. • Identify political persons along Ward lines including opposition candidate along with sitting corporators, MLAs residing in that area or even MP’s living in that area.• Identify journalists and senior admin persons of the Nigam living in each area similarly.[B]• Raise awareness of the services of the company, its objectives and how it helps the city• Use such associations or create them directly or indirectly thru NGOs etc. to further the above objective• Enthuse local residents to form Safai Nigrani Committees to oversee standards of performance at local ward levels and similarly involve and engage local representatives.• Start and manage Hotlines for complaint monitoring with an escalation model software• Plan activities with or within communities which have media value.
