With over 20 years in corporate legal, consulting, and financial services, my mission is to create meaningful solutions that drive positive change. Currently, I’m part of the Westpac Group’s ESG team, where I design, execute, and refine initiatives that uplift our people's capabilities in ESG and the net-zero transition. A highlight of my career was serving as the inaugural Chair of Westpac’s 50PLUS Employee Action Group. In this role, I amplified the voices of older employees and championed inclusivity, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued. I believe that diverse experiences are vital for innovation and a thriving work environment. My academic background, including an MBA and a certificate from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, equips me to tackle challenges with a strategic yet socially responsible approach.Outside of work, I’m passionate about using food as a catalyst for change as Chairman of Plate It Forward. We’re not just breaking bread; we’re breaking cycles of inequality. By fostering good governance, we help businesses and communities thrive.I’ve been honoured to receive recognition for my work, including the Australian Banking Innovation Awards for Best Financial Education and Improvement Initiative in 2019 and being named a winner in the Pro Bono Impact 25 in 2016.My goal is simple: to create a positive impact through my work, board roles, and advocacy for inclusion and sustainability.
