As an HR Executive Assistant at Loyal IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, I support the HR Manager and the HR team in various aspects of human resources management. I assist in developing job descriptions, conducting exit interviews, managing talent acquisition, appraising performance, and engaging employees. I also help implement agile methodology and best practices across the organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration among different teams and departments.I have a Masters Degree in Human Resources (MHRM) from Nirmala College, where I learned the HR functions and processes, as well as the skills and competencies required for effective HR management. I also completed three online courses from Coursera on preparing to manage human resources, organizational behavior, and international leadership, which enhanced my understanding of the global and cultural aspects of HR management. I am passionate about learning and developing myself as an HR professional, and I aspire to contribute to the growth and success of Loyal IT and its employees.
