What I'm currently doing is consulting for various companies. I mostly work with Creative Directors and Marketing Teams to come up with ideas for assets that I then execute: this includes packaging design, web assets, digital media (photography, video production and editing, re-touching). I work from my home office and on-site...whatever is required!

butter LONDON has been part of my life for over ten years now. I came on board with the founders when it was a fledgling start-up back in 2006. Working alongside their founding Creative Director, I created the original brand assets; the Raven, the component deco, the brand wallpaper, and all the packaging designs. I worked on and off with the company for the next 10 years, and during my last stint, was the head of the creative department, managing a team of 5 designers. I was the liaison between the marketing and product development teams, turning their thoughts into real life products and campaigns. I flexed every creative muscle I have! Concepts, presentations, team management, photography, re-touching, graphic design, video production, digital media, working with vendors, marketing, merchandising...you name it, I was doing it!

In between working with beauty companies, I spent about a year working at the Co-op designing packaging for the house brands. This involved taking concepts from the Creative Director and seeing them through to the final physical designs. Brand guidelines were strict, so it was always a case of making things stay in line with the company's existing brand feel.

As the Senior Art Director at Julep, I was tasked with re-branding, all the packaging and print work, and creating more engagement with their subscription boxes. In the time I spent at Julep, we tripled the subscriber numbers! I managed several designers, and just like at butter, was the go between for the creative department and the marketing & product development teams.
