Recent projects/roles - Orchard (formally Perch) - Head of Sales & CX: Joined the company during their Series A round with <20 employees to build the sales engine and establish the companies footprint in Texas. While running point on standing up the Austin office, I established both the inside sales team (Austin based) and outside sales team (realtors across 5 markets).  During my time, I created an end-to-end process to drive conversion and deliver a world-class customer experience. This included scripting (call, text, email), establishing customer touch points, implementing a CRM / sales tools, creating a robust onboarding program to decrease employee ramp time, and aggressively staffed the team, including a leadership team of managers, operations, and brokerage leaders.- Yodle (Acquired by Web.com for 320M) - Director of Sales: Responsible for overseeing ~100 sales representatives, managers, and trainers in the NYC location. Led the office to the lowest employee churn at the entire company and led the team to consistently exceed AOP. The team sold a handful of SaaS products across various different industries including medical, legal, and real estate. I molded and promoted numerous internal team members into leaders and personally won various performance-based awards, including the 2016 Platinum Presidents Club Award for being the #1 sales leader at the company.
