Management of Tra Vinh Wind Power Project (2020) and Tan Phu Dong Wind Power Project (2021, offshore wind farm with VND 2000 billion ~ USD 86 million contract value)

Management of FLC Ha Long Bay Golf and Luxury Resort project, which includes:- 18-hole golf course and a golf clubhouse- 600-room 5-star hotel- 300 luxury villas- 1200-seat International Convention Center- Total investment cost: VND3,400 billion ($160 million)

- Assisting in the managing all commercial aspects of the project, reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Manager.- Preparation of, and produce monthly valuations and applications, for direct submittal to the client.- Monthly commercial reporting.- Bulk material procurement and labour payments.- Placement of sub-contract orders.- Track record: London Metropolitan Police Centre – MACE (£4.1 million)

- Identifying client’s requirements and undertaking cost analysis- Preparing contract documents, including bills of quantities- Tendering- Pre-construction quantity surveying, preparing white cards- Checking progress of the subcontractors on site- Preparing payment of the sub-contractors in line with the contract and progress- Valuation, variation, final account- Track record: Chelsea Creek Block A&B – St George (£3.1 million), 375 Kensington High Street – St Edward (£2.0 million), Greenwich Wharf Block 3 – Durkan (£3.5 million).

- Processing new order entry and contracts- Managing projects from initial stages to completion stages (including, but not limited to, contract checking, design checking, manufacturing scheduling, component purchasing, payment checking, shipping organizing, construction monitoring, and project close-out).- Keeping track of progress of projects.- Coordinating Engineering, Productions, Finance, Quality Control and Shipping Departments on progress of projects- Monitoring building erection work through reports- Resolving problems in all stages of projects.

- Decide construction methods and schedules- Supervise civil projects on-site- Prepare and maintain all site documents and records

- Responsible for structural analysis and design of buildings.- Generate design drawings, calculations, specifications.
