Focal point for internal & external stakeholders- Manage production department, implement lean manufacturing management and e-system to drive for productivity & efficiency enhancement- Define & monitor business process flows within CFT and customers- Manage supply chain team, establish ROP/MRP/BTS model that align with challenging electronics market forecasts- Coordinate with the Foxconn manufacturing sites located in the US and Europe regions regarding sales orders & materials allocation- Manage new product introduction (NPI) activities. Budget planning and control towards mass production- Supervise Outbound logistics team & Customer relationship management (CRM) team. Dealing with end customer requests & complaints
