SUGAR Vietnam (a youth-run, project-based, non-profit organization since 2008) aims for underprivileged children's better social integration, and youngsters' thorough understanding of voluntary values.• Restructured and formalized the organization's work procedures and public appearance, resulting in an increase of 5% in Facebook followers (from 22,600 to 23,600 followers) in less than 3 months.• Collaborated with Nguyen Van Binh book street, and 14 high school clubs to launch “Vui Tết Trung Thu 2020” on 27/09/2020 for 100+ children to try out folk games, STEAM experiments, and mooncake baking session.• Planned and executed long-term strategies in the project proposal for distributed projects regarding human resources, project orientation, and execution.

• Coordinated 2 member-recruitment processes, interviewing 100+ out of 300 applicants and allocating 30 selected members to 5 departments prolonging for nearly 3 weeks each in January and March 2021.• Fundraised 15 million VND after a 2-month sale campaign, including planning, executing, marketing, managing cash flow and supply chain.• Directed mini-projects to promote employee engagement in 2 months unexpected extension due to COVID, resulting in 0% turnover rate, 50% personnel continuing working for SUGAR’s projects, and 2 members advanced to the executive committee.• Introduced 'SUGAR the Insider' Podcast, serving as internal communication and a marketing channel that showcases the values and human sides of the projects.

• One of the 5 core organizers who created the most momentous public event of the organization - 'KET-NPOs EVENT' in 2 months of preparation and execution.• Successfully sought nearly 100 million VND of both in-kind and cash sponsorship. • Planned and executed the on-site event on 10/01/2021, collaborating with 22 organizations, 11 high school and university clubs in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting 300 participants, guests, and press in total.

• Support recruitment team in all recruitment activities: (1) source potential candidates; (2) build candidates database by inputting candidates’ information into the Application Tracking System; (3) conduct preliminary phone interviews with shortlisted candidates; (4) organize and manage interview arrangements.• Other assigned tasks upon request.

• Mentored 15 volunteers to plan, execute and create educational playgrounds in 1-day to 7-day trips to 3 shelters.• Motivated 7 members to take on higher roles after 3 months of working together.• Pioneered the first-ever crowdfunding event named SUGARIANS with a Camera on 07/06/2020, collaborating with Nguyen Van Binh Book Street, attracting 100+ attendees, collaborating with 4 music clubs from high schools, universities, and Ho Chi Minh City Opera House, and raising 6 million VND of donation afterward.
