With more than nine years of experience in the social and economic development sector, I am a passionate and driven Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Alissar, a leading Lebanese French NGO that provides humanitarian and development assistance in Lebanon.I specialize in designing and implementing data collection tools and methodologies, conducting impact assessments, and reporting and documenting the results and outcomes of various projects, especially in the fields of vocational education and training, livelihoods and economic empowerment, and sustainable development. I have a Master's degree in Economic and Social Development and multiple certifications in project management, social economy, and corporate responsibility.I am also the co-founder of a social enterprise called Solidarity for Sustainability, which aims to empower women and youth through innovative and inclusive solutions. I have won several awards and grants for my social entrepreneurship initiatives. I am also a researcher and a writer on topics related to social and solidarity economy, CSR, and sustainable development.
