- Answer and direct phone calls- Organize and schedule appointments- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports- Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry- Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, interviews etc).- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)- Coordinate and communicate with candidates and schedule interviews- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees- arrange job postings- Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
