• Identify the market segments and target audiences in order to increase sales of NAS while maintaining a wide base of customer and potential clients.• Plan and arrange for sales meetings with potential clients and potential partners at various locations (Organizations, Companies, and Ministries etc.) to promote and sell NAS.• Brief the Business Development Manager with the comments, complaints, etc. received from clients during sales calls and meetings and recommending ways of improvement.• Submit regular reports in a timely manner to the BDM and other reports that might be required from time to time.• Coordinate with Marketing team regarding marketing material.• Distribute brochures, flyers and other advertising materials, existing customers, partners and potential clients when required.• Maintain good business relationship with clients by visiting and calling them regularly.• Assist Finance Department in the collection of credit payments and requested.• In coordination with BDM & Advertising Agency, write press releases and coordinate with different media agencies (newspapers, magazines, Jordan News Agency, Television, and Radio) to disseminate the company’s materials.• In coordination with BDM & Advertising Agency, contact media to arrange for the coverage of various activities.• In coordination with BDM & Advertising Agency, monitor the media and following-up on all NAS – news on an ongoing basis.• Prepare the weekly reports of the Sales team’s tasks and accomplishments.• Make recommendations for exhibition arrangements and following-up with the organizers.

• Leading and Supervising freight team members.• Assisting HR Manager in recruiting process.• Follow up and carry out all tasks related to Freight Dept.• Selling the freight service.• Arrange for pick-up of all Air Freight shipments outbound and inbound.• Liaise with customs broker, airlines and ensure the smooth running of freight operations.• Customer service to the freight clients in terms of providing information, rates & services. • Issuing invoices and Statement of account for both inbound and outbound shipment. • Freight Sales. • Prepare Freight Revenue Notional Sheets. • Follow-up of Freight collection. • Assist direct line manager to help ensure that all aspects and operation standards of the air freight department are met.• Always used to help other departments such in accounting and credit controlling.
