The major areas of focus are streamlining the customer correspondence, providing STP in account servicing, modernizing the data warehousing and workflow solutions. The solution makes use of the various systems like e-messaging system for email and push notification, e-document management system for document storage and archival, business process management system for workflow management; and data warehouse solution for data analytic and lead generation. GSP is a group project in building the new internet banking solution using the latest web technology and following the SOA. Work closely with the colleagues in Jersey, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Argentina to ensure the solution design can integrate with their respective systems. The integration architecture patterns are applied to ensure proper the same service can be used if appropriate.Work with network and infrastructure team to work on performance tuning the solution. The solution helps in cutting down more than 30% of the processing time.
