With over 14 years of work experience in the automotive and aviation industries, I am a passionate and driven professional who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional results. I have a strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and problem-solving, as well as a proven record of success in closing deals, increasing retention, and generating referrals. I am currently an Automotive Consultant at KY Automotive, where I communicate daily with over 160 leads and customers, and use CRM systems to identify and qualify opportunities. I am motivated by the mission of KY Automotive to provide high-quality and affordable vehicles to a diverse and loyal clientele, and I enjoy working with a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Prior to joining KY Automotive, I was a Weapons Specialist at the 113th Wing, District of Columbia Air National Guard, where I managed and maintained numerous weapon systems for F-16 Fighter jets. I conducted over 1,000 mishap-free hours of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various aircraft systems, and obtained promotions, awards, and certifications that enhanced my unit's effectiveness. I also have experience as a Helicopter Mechanic at Marine Helicopter Squadron One, where I performed over 1,500 mishap-free maintenance hours and supervised over 40 major phase inspections. These roles have equipped me with valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, and quality control, which I apply to my current position as an Automotive Consultant. I am always eager to learn new skills, expand my knowledge, and take on new challenges in the automotive industry.
