Responsible for the PBX infrastructure, capital projects, expense forecasting, vendor relations for the Telecom Department within Time Warner Cable, Los Angeles. A Member of the IT Disaster Recovery Team. Project Manager for Telecom Projects. Manage and administer Avaya S8700 Servers, Intuity Audix, Modular Messaging Servers, Avaya S8300 LSP Servers, NICE Loggers, Aspect CTI, and Avaya IR.•Managed and Lead of team of Telecom Personnel in a fast past environment.•Worked closely with multiple internal groups to ensure their business needs were met, including customer care, dispatch, administrative, and telemarketing groups.•Worked and designed with the Customer Care Group, Avaya, and Avaya’s Business Partner to create a new Customer Care PBX infrastructure connecting 6 call centers (1100 concurrent agents) and an outsourcer into one virtual call center utilizing IP connect with Survivable features in the main call center sites completing this project in October 2008 as a vendor in two states.•Worked with the Customer Care Management and the Outsourcer, TeleTech, to send a percentage of four skills to TeleTech. We also were successful in sending the customer information to TeleTech with screen pops capabilities. This allowed us to preserve the appearance of one unified call center to our customers. Also successfully managed converting from TDM based trunking to utilizing IP trunking to TeleTech to increase the amount of calls sent to TeleTech while maintaining QOS standards.
