I have over 13 years in leadership, team building, problem solving, community outreach, philanthropy, and customer service experience. My passion and desire is centered around helping others rather it's the organization I work for, supporting my colleagues, or finding solutions for end users. Most of my skills come from a retail sales/management/tech support background. I have plenty of tech and customer service experience. I am an analytical/critical thinker and love to solve complex problems. I proud myself on being the experienced go-to person within the teams I have been a part of over the years.
