He also has over 20 years mortgage origination of real estate mortgage loans, commercial loans and hard money loans. He has previous experience in commercial leasing, Asset Management, A/R Factoring, and private note (Hard Money) loans secured by real estate. He has regularly conducts educational seminars and webinars outlining the benefits and rewards of investing in real estate and other alternative asset classes with a self directed retirement plan as well using retirement funds as a investment capital for business start-ups via a R.O.B.S. Plan structure.
