The Office of Presidential Correspondence plays a key role in amplifying the voices of the American people directly to the President. OPC responds to letters, emails, and gifts, and also works across digital channels and with White House speechwriting, policy, and communications teams to help tell the story of the Administration’s impact on the lives of.

• Travel domestically and internationally to serve as a representative of the Executive Office of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in order to strengthen the administration’s message and convey that.
• Plan and organize a variety of logistics for each principal’s visit including crowd, press and site strategy.
• Serve as a liaison between high-net worth individuals, public and private institutions, federal, state, and local government entities.
• Problem-solve issues in a timely manner and proactively communicate decisions to appropriate individuals while maintaining composure under pressure.

• Balance and prioritize a wide range of projects and tasks simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and produce in-person and television-ready live events that stream across the country focusing on seamless arrangements and visuals.
• Manage registration, arrival, and movements for event participants, speakers, and press.
• Advance and prepare event site meticulously to ensure positive optics with a focus on detailed planning and on-site preparation.
• Function as a conduit between clients, event hosts, production teams, and all other entities involved in the production of the event.

• Respond to floods nationwide as a part of the federal disaster relief response.
• Assess damage and help disaster victims receive support from FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program.
• Survey property and input all pertinent information into Xactimate software in order to compile and complete claims.
• Work stateside and in Puerto Rico connecting non-English speaking disaster victims with urgent federal aid using Spanish proficiency.

Latin America & The Caribbean, Africa, East Asia, And Europe

• Develop and execute student recruitment for study abroad programs, emphasizing underrepresented student populations.
• Travel to multiple non-traditional study abroad locations throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, Europe, and Africa in order to run on-the-ground logistics and manage quality control.
• Work within limited budgets under tight time constraints to effectively create impactful, substantive, international conferences, events, courses, and memorable experiential learning.
• Tackle complex problems with innovation and collaboration in pre-planning sessions and on-site management.
• Cultivate outreach efforts with program alumni; develop surveys and conduct interviews to identify areas of improvement.
• Manage social media accounts and public relations, including partnerships with media outlets.
