My main responsibility is to deal with customer requests for missing paperwork and provide them with the Proof of Delivery as quickly as possible. I also fulfill reception duties - answering the phones, keeping office stationery stocked up and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

My responsibility as an Input Administrator was to input customer orders onto Fowler Welch's in-house system with speed and flawless accuracy.

In the summer of 2013 I got to work at several large scale events with CTM, including Glastonbury Festival, V Festival, Touring Cars, Superbikes and Horse Trials. There were a range of duties including directing and parking cars, selling tickets, cash handling, enforcing road closures, helping with light security, and assisting pedestrians with directions or problems.The job required long hours of unsupervised working where I was trusted to use my initiative to help keep roads and car parks flowing smoothly even during periods of very high traffic, such as the exit from festivals where thousands of cars and pedestrians are trying to leave at once.

At Sainsbury's I was primarily an assistant on the checkouts, but was very often called upon to perform other tasks around the shop floor. These tasks included helping to run the checkouts, working on the customer service desk or kiosk, assisting with customer queries or assisted shops, returning 'left behinds', emptying tills, or helping out on another department.Whilst working there I also took part in a Job Related Qualification program and completed an EDI Level 2 Certificate in Retail Skills.
