Partnered with the Department Manager to oversee the Animation/Crowds dept., and was specifically entrusted to lead the Crowds team and coordinate the work of crowds cycle animators. Managed and updated the Crowds dept. schedule in accordance with the overall show schedule for the feature film Nimona. Organized artist assignments and kept the tracking database updated. This role was entirely remote - all communication was facilitated via email, Slack, and Zoom.

Partnered with the Crowds Department Manager to oversee Crowds dept. work within the overall schedule/budget for the feature animated films Spies in Disguise and Nimona. Communicated daily with dept. artists, providing them support in their workflows, tasks, and time management. Met with artists to learn the details of their technical processes, then developed the template for tracking their work in our interdepartmental production database. Managed dept. calendars and scheduled meetings. Ran media playlists for reviews, both internal and with other depts/the Director. Recorded and distributed detailed notes. Provided support to additional depts (Animation, Lighting/Compositing, Rendering) during crunch time on Spies in Disguise. This role was both onsite and remote.

Greenwich Residence Hall

Partnered with the Resource Center Manager to help lead the Resource Center (RC) front desk teams. Assisted in the management of the RC and building operations (prepping rooms and keycards for check-ins, mail sorting, package logging/distribution, filing facilities work requests, assisting with lock-outs), led the team on resident check-in/check-out days, trained new staff members, wrote an RC manual, and led programming events for building residents.

Worked at the front desk Resource Center, assisting with various administrative and customer service tasks such as mail/package sorting, resident check-ins/check-outs, filing facilities work requests, and resolving issues with lock-outs/missing keys.
