I am a business-focused Chief Legal Officer with over 25 years experience advising clients, executive teams and boards, with expertise in complex SaaS and commercial transactions, M&A, corporate governance, restructuring, data privacy and security, compliance, enterprise risk, SEC reporting and disclosure, dispute resolution and general corporate matters. In my current role as Chief Legal Officer at OSG, in 2023 I helped navigate the company through a pre-packaged Chapter 11 restructuring and the divestment of its ~$300m international businesses comprising 26 different affiliated entities. In my role managing legal, compliance and internal audit, we restructrured the Legal Department to align with the current business needs and established an Internal Audit function and ERM plan.My experience includes highly referenceable roles as the General Counsel of three high-growth private companies and a private equity firm, Deputy General Counsel of a NASDAQ-listed SaaS technology provider and attorney at an Am Law Top 25 global law firm.I am known as a creative and collaborative leader that establishes effective 1:1 relationships and for exercising sound judgement and integrity.
