Infrastructure Portfolio Manager Managed the delivery of an Infrastructure Renewal Portfolio valued at over $23M. Domains supported:• Mobile • End User Computing• Network, Server Storage• Data, App, Web and Middleware• Systems and Problem Management• IT FacilitiesDirected staff of 6 Outcome Managers and over 32 Indirect Project and Program Managers. Directly managed the global outsourcing agreement for the Infrastructure Renewal Portfolio, specifically for Infosys, Cognizant and Wipro. Conducted monthly one on one’s with the service providers looking for opportunities of improvement and cost reduction.Led the efforts of SAFe implementation for the Infrastructure Services group. This activity included the formation of a 14 point plan for the standing up of agile release trains. Facilitated the launch of 7 trains and 27 teams with 400 people. Acted as the Value Stream Engineer for this work effort. Responsible for setting up and facilitating the following training: • Leading SAFe• SAFe for Teams • PM/PO certification• SAFe Scrum Master • SPC4 Certification Implemented a new Infrastructure Program Management Office. This office replaced the former Infrastructure Renewal Portfolio into a larger fund of $56M. The new office was responsible for making sure that all Program Increment activates were addressed. This included all SAFe meeting logistics. The office was comprised of the Value Stream Engineer, 4 Release Train Engineers, 1 Operations Manager, 3 Project Assistants and 2 Business Analysts.

Managed direct staff of 12 and indirect staff of 64. Processed daily facilitation efforts in support of major contracts. Managed core service line spend of over $350M. Challenged with initiating and implementing cost and process improvements for areas including: all levels of planning (demand, supply, capacity, material and collaborative), customer service, business reporting, staffing command and control, asset program and procurement management. Developed and maintained budgets, service level agreements and request for services contracts. Traveled to new locations establishing functional environments and overseeing installation of services, processes and procedures including hiring and training of personnel, career development, education and adherence to corporate guidelines. Utilized mediation and conflict resolution skills within departments of large corporations, promoting team collaboration and shared knowledge, driving departmental costs down and productivity levels up.
