As a Senior Project Manager I was responsible for managing the day-to-day operational delivery of Erasmus+ Key Action 1 Youth mobility projects.Currently, as the Grants and Compliance Manager for the Healthy Cities for Adolescents – Phase II programme, I develop bespoke processes and procedures for a complex grants management programme that operates across 6 different international contexts – applying understanding of the Ecorys approach to project management that sits between PRINCE2 and Agile. I ensure projects are running on time and to budget with day-to-day operational management of the grantees and regular monitoring. I trial innovative grant-making methods and processes for application rounds that are informed by learning and feedback from existing grantees.
