The most size are 14.85m in length,1.2m in wide and 350mm thick. Roof structure consist of steel structure trusses in 24m span.Responsibilities and selected main tasks: As a lifting coordinator, my responsibilities are preparing lifting plan for all lifting activities for all cranes used on every lift type and on every floor level. There are 7 cranes has been used on this project; 4 tower cranes, 1 Crawler crane 70T SWL, 1 Mobile crane 60T SWL and 1 Gantry crane 10T SWL. During my assignment in this project, there are 84 lift plans had been prepared with impressive 3D drawings. Besides responsible on lifting works operation, there are two impressive tasks I did; First is designing a temporary works required and lashing system to transferring in full section of the gantry crane (15.43m x 4.44m x 5.37m) using a trailer to a designated location prior to placing it onto upper level. The second task is: instead of hiring a big crane to placing the 12 Ton genset and 7 Ton chillers into designated building area, I convinced our client to placing our 60T mobile crane on permanent structure deck slab by designed custom size crane mats.
