The RDMP Balikpapan project is designed to increase processing capacity from 260 KBPD to 360 KBPD with an increase in quality from Euro II to Euro V. BAM Decorient IndonesiaLocation : Jakarta Garden City Cakung, East of JakartaPosition : Project Engineer & Appointed Lifting Coordinator.Project Description: IKEA-2 retail store building consists of 2 basements and 3 retail floors with 88,141 square meter of total building area. Main structure consists of in-situ concrete columns and beams while the slabs consist of precast concrete hollow core slab (HCS) with various size. The most size are 14.85m in length,1.2m in wide and 350mm thick. Roof structure consist of steel structure trusses in 24m span.Responsibilities and selected main tasks: As a lifting coordinator, my responsibilities are preparing lifting plan for all lifting activities for all cranes used on every lift type and on every floor level. There are 7 cranes has been used on this project; 4 tower cranes, 1 Crawler crane 70T SWL, 1 Mobile crane 60T SWL and 1 Gantry crane 10T SWL. During my assignment in this project, there are 84 lift plans had been prepared with impressive 3D drawings. Besides responsible on lifting works operation, there are two impressive tasks I did;  First is designing a temporary works required and lashing system to transferring in full section of the gantry crane (15.43m x 4.44m x 5.37m) using a trailer to a designated location prior to placing it onto upper level.  The second task is: instead of hiring a big crane to placing the 12 Ton genset and 7 Ton chillers into designated building area, I convinced our client to placing our 60T mobile crane on permanent structure deck slab by designed custom size crane mats.

BAM Decorient IndonesiaLocation : Head Office - JakartaPosition : Tender Engineer of Marine/civil projectResponsibilities and selected main tasks: Assist in preparing technical document tender such as technical drawings, method statement, manpower & equipment schedule, material quantity takeoff, preparing 3D drawings of construction methodology and work sequences for a technical work presentation purpose. As I am resourceful and able to work fast on preparing impressive work methodology and work sequence in 3D drawings, besides I supported the tender team in my area Asia pacific and Australia, I also support some tender works outside of my area such as LNG-Canada, London City Airport and Hanstholm-harbour expansion project in Denmark.  Not only supporting the tender works, I also involved in Blyth - dry dock gate salvation works in Newcastle project. This project actually out of my company but still one group under the Royal BAM. Just because of they need it urgent to convince the board about the salvation work method, my ex. Project manager from Netherland asked me to support the project to prepare 3D drawings of work methodology and work sequences of the salvation of 265Ton dock gate (33.80m x 10.55m x 2.30m). BAM Jakarta office is as area office for Asia pacific and Australia area of BAM International, so most tender works in the area will be prepared in Jakarta office but under supervised by tender director from Netherland head office.  All construction methodology work sequences I prepared during my assignment as tender team; I can show you briefly during interviewing if required to convince you that I am resource full in Jetty construction methodology in global area.

BAM Decorient IndonesiaLocation : Jepara, Central JavaPosition : Assistant to offshore Construction Manager & Appointed Lifting Coordinator.Project Description: The project consists of 1800m trestle, transfer tower platform (23x22.5m), wharf (300x27m) for 80,000 DWT of vessel and mooring dolphin (8x8m). Main equipment used in the project is divided in to two scopes of works (offshore and onshore):- Offshore: 2 piling barges, 3 crane barges (one 210 ft crane barge with ringer crane 275 Ton SWL, one 180ft crane barge with 250T SWL and one 120ft crane barge with 70T crane) and 3 transport barges. - Onshore: 2 Gantry cranes 80T SWL, 1 crawler crane 250T SWL, 1 Crawler crane 70T SWL and 1 Mobile crane 60T SWL. Responsibilities and selected main tasks: To assist offshore construction manager about precast installation works and managing a stowage plan of precast supply on transport barges; Responsible for both onshore and offshore works about lifting activities; Preparing lifting plan and lifting method for all lifting works activities in onshore and offshore works; Temporary works designer such as TT-Beam precast molds and Headstock precast molds supervised by retired Dutch engineer from Netherland.
