William has over fifteen years’ experience of undertaking preliminary and detailed design. He is proficient in road layout, traffic sign and temporary traffic management design, as well as having a wide ranging base of experience in all transport engineering disciplines, from a high level GIS data management perspective down to undertaking detailed topographic survey, and has the communication skills required to collaborate with large multidisciplinary teams and clients in high pressure situations.
