Responsible for the Student Broadband and Guest WiFi networks across Australia, designs and systems (i.e. network gateways and routing, edge switching, WiFi design and management). Notably, providing technical leadership and turning around internal performance KPIs leading to huge reductions in support cases along with improved customer outcomes. This role required working closely with software development, fibre design, fixed wireless design and sales teams to facilitate product and deal outcomes.

Operating a fast growing multi-layered and multi-technology network delivering connectivity throughout Australia and other areas of the Asia Pacific region. Selected for the team that integrated and transitioned services and networks from BigAir to Superloop.

Responsible for implementing all required statutory and mandatory maintenance, along with maintenance budgeting in SAP using the plant maintenance modules. 3. Responsible for standard revisioning and changes, answering technical queries, regular on-site engagement and plant defect elimination.4. Control Systems and Electrical Engineering - Cape LambertWorking in a fly-in fly-out site based team responsible for port control systems and electrical engineering. Primarily responsible for the production systems and communications networks, along with some control systems programming using the following vendors GE, Siemens and Schneider Electric.
