I am a recent graduate from Southern New Hampshire University where I obtained a B.A. in General Studies with a focus in Mathematics. I am passionate about the data realm since I enjoy helping companies improve their processes by solving problems with data. I taught myself how to explore data and run machine learning algorithms in Python, write SQL code to query data and build tables, and to visualize data and make meaningful dashboards in Tableau. I have a solid base in mathematics and specifically statistics due to extensive coursework in those areas in my education.I currently work as an actuarial analyst with Forrest T. Jones & Company where I manage queried and build reports to help the actuarial team. Some of my passions outside of work are woodworking projects, creating ceramics, spending time at local parks, and designing video games. I also plan to travel the world one day and visit over 100 countries with my wife.
