 Checking all requests and income with a view of enforcing internal controls for all receipts and payments  Reviewing all Cash Disbursement Vouchers (CDV), Journal Vouchers and Deposit Voucher as per Accounting procedures  Preparation of sales report and Banking Summary daily reports and preparation of Main cash reconciliation and stock reconciliation monthly reports. Custodian of all accounting records and ensuring their existence Preparing Monthly and Quarterly project Financial Reports timely and accurately and making relevant interpretation for management decision making  Monitoring and control of budgets to avoid overspending and gross under spending  Facilitating the Audit process and financial reviews and providing a lead in generating management responses to such audits and reviews  Reviewing inventory records, including stores records to ensure accuracy, completeness and minimizing risk of losses  Reviewing bank statements and reconciliations to ensure accuracy, completeness  Technical advice to management on all financial related matters. Including capacity building to organization staffs in financial policies, procedures and internal controls  Analyzing and interpreting Financial Reports, audit reports and review reports for management decision making  Ensuring periodic backups of Microsoft dynamic Navision Classic system and Tally system are made in the most convenient and safe way. Facilitating the periodic stock taking and assets count processes on a quarterly basis  Enforcing the adherence to organization policies/manuals in all financial activities  Monitor the performance of the Accountant Assistant / Petty Cashier.To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
