Accelerating the energy transition by creating and implementing Alliander's digitalisation strategy. To develop my entrepreneurial skills, I started my own company. I founded and ran a cryptocurrency exchange and two webshops. As contractor, I developed with one other engineer a job board framework which was installed on 30 websites in Europe and one of them became one of the top 5 job boards in the Netherlands.

The identity wallet project which I already started in 2018 got succesful and grew from me and 2 engineers to a team of 25 people. In this role I was co-lead in the development of the strategy and product and transforming this to a backlog for the product development-, sales- and marketing team of Datakeeper.

To extend my knowledge and accelerate my learning curve I decided to make the switch to Technical Innovation Manager. In this position I was focusing on different variants of emerging technology and also had to engage stakeholders on different levels in the organisation

Within the blockchain team of Rabobank I worked on horizon 2 and 3 innovations. As specialist, I knew the ins and outs of blockchain technology so during projects my focus is mainly on technical requirements and architecture. As domain owner for real estate finance and (self-sovereign) identity projects I am also responsible for the blockchain projects.

As graduate intern for my master Business Information Technology I did research on the impact of blockchain in the energy transition. I identified tens of different possible ways how blockchain can have added value in the new energy market. As final deliverable, I designed and developed 2 proof of concepts. One of them was runner-up in the Consensys.

As web developer I took care of adding new functionalities to Fortes’ SaaS Project Portfolio Management tool. I was also responsible for the design and implementation of a new plugin for resource planning of Agile teams. In order to develop and sell this successfully, I did a lot of market research and validation with international clients. Besides.

At thé student hockey association in Enschede I was board member for one year. As treasurer I was besides accounting and finance, also responsible for the day to day board tasks, subsidiaries and supervising multiple committees

Voor ICILS (International Computer and Information Literacy Study) reisde ik zelfstandig door het hele land om toetsen af te nemen op middelbare scholen. Onderzocht werden de computervaardigheden van 20 leerlingen per school.

Doetinchem

In deze zeer luxueuze villa was ik werkzaam in de bediening. Van april 2011 tot september 2011 heb ik er full time gewerkt en nu ik in Enschede studeer werk ik er alleen in het weekend. De villa biedt veel variatie. Op normale dagen ‘s nachts een hotel met ’s ochtends een live cooking ontbijt, uitgebreide lunch mogelijkheden en ’s avonds twee verschillende.

In een team van 15 personen verzorgde ik het avondeten voor alle patiënten in het Slingeland Ziekenhuis.

De Gelderse Linnen Service in Doetinchem wast voor allerlei grote bedrijven de kleren en/of beddengoed. Elke vakantie werd ik wel weer gevraagd om te komen helpen op de afdeling waar de schone was wordt verwerkt en klaar wordt gemaakt voor transport.
