Mr. Lam is a group manager leading the professional services team with orchestration among solution architect, business analyst, Information security consultant and transition & transformation teams. Contribute to the company by driving services initiatives, developing services offerings, sales target attainment and various document related outsourcing service delivery i.e. Managed Print Services, Document Outsourcing & Communication Services, and Business Process Outsourcing Services.

As a Solution Consultant, Project Manager and Team Manager in Professional Service Division, initially my main focus is on Enterprise Content Management, Knowledge/Information Management and Business Intelligence area, as COL is a total IT service provider, therefore another mission is to facilitate sales revenue by created various integrated solution with other solution teams e.g. ERP, HR, RFID, Telecom. On April 2007, being nominated as an valued staff in COL and awarded a New Profit Sharing Scheme from the mother company – Wharf T&T Limited.On August 2010, won a” Divisional Spot Awards” with my team member by introduced and developed a Knowledge/Information Management portal using Liferay, Alfresco and Java technology & framework for Ecospace Limited – Environmental Protection Department to excellence their daily operation.From 2008, I was being promoted to the team manager of both ECM & BI teams, managing and coaching 15 team members to achieve sales target and million dollar project focus initiative.

As an Electronic Document Management Solution Architect in Fuji Xerox Professional Services team, my main focus is on Document Imaging, Computer Output, and Knowledge Management solution. Have experienced on project management, vendor management, solution design, planning operation flow, database/system design and administration, network solution design, and also provide KM and Operation Improvement consultancy service to customer.

My major role was system support consultant to work on the High Volume Printing and Electronic Document Management Systems, a provider of printing and document management solution. My other responsibilities covered support and maintenance service of network printers, plotters and networking product.

As a technical consultant to support the sales manager and senior consultant, my responsibilities included pre-sales and post-sales support, system administration (IBM AIX) and solution development, with specific assignment to focus on ERP system (Oracle Applications) & BI (IBM Cognos), Imaging & Electronic Document Management System (FileNet) and Y2K Project (COBOL Programming).
