My responsibilities included (but were not limited to):- Main contact person for the internships and several FTEs recruitment. - Further developed the Intern Community. - Assisted 3 HRBPs and 17 hiring managers in the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, reviewing resumes, preliminary screenings, coordinating, and conducting interviews.- Attended 2 career fairs in Amsterdam and Rotterdam for prospective hires. - Partnered with 5 universities for company visits and assignments to promote internship opportunities. - Improved onboarding experience for new hires.- Supported the business with questions about HR System (Daywize).- Drafted and reviewed intern contracts.- Conducted research on improving internal leadership communication for the graduation thesis.
