- Realization of various analyses and dashboards for the Bank's Top Management, using Power BI and VBA programming under Access, especially in the following fields:* Loan activity: monthly report on short term credit / credit discounting / debits of current accounts / investment credit / credit on special resources / home purchase credit / leasing, weekly report on consumer credit,* follow-up of outstanding debts and litigious accounts (monthly report).- Development of daily dashboards with Power BI for deposit monitoring (deposit accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposit and term deposits).- Active member of the implementation project of an assets and liabilities management system (ALM) on the bank information system. - Quarterly financial analysis of staff costs and production of a dashboard that gathers all the KPIs on this field.- In-depth analysis of term deposits fees and writing of a detailed monthly note for the Top Management.- Monthly analytical review of key accounting data to ensure their accuracy and monitoring of average resources costs as well as average assets yields of the bank.-Preparation of the quarterly (detailed) activity report for the Bank's Board of Directors.- Active involvement in the preparation of the individual financial statements (in French as well as in English).- Analysis of budget variances and preparation of the activity forecast report.- Development of a quarterly analysis about the Tunisian economic context and positioning of the bank in the whole banking sector.- Realization of a simplified simulator that allows to evaluate the impact of the various market rates (such as TMM and TRE) on the overall net profit margin of the bank.- Determination and analysis of the equity cost of the bank.

- Setting up all the management control procedures for the newly created company (activity start: April 2012).- Estimation and analysis of all the operating costs of the company.- Determination of the break-even point of each programmed flight and/or plane.- Development of dashboards and monthly reports both headed to the Top Management level and the operational level.- Elaboration of the annual budget plan.- Implementation of the cash flow plan.- Organization and hosting of the weekly Board of Directors

- Study and report of the financial impact of the various changes occurred on the staff management (after the revolution of 2011).- Staff conflict management. - Drafting of the incorporation articles of each trade of the airline company.- Participation and intermediation in negotiations with trade unions.- Various One-off intervention mandated by the CEO in the group company.

- Financial analysis of the group companies (hotels and aviation).- Evaluation and establishment of forecast financial trends.- Analysis of the monthly financial health of the group companies and establishment of monthly summary reports.- Realization of end-of-year activity reports of the group companies.
