• Primary point of contact for health care providers, patients and customers in the MO, IA, NE, and KS region.• Conducts case investigations to efficiently deliver patient coverage details to health care providers, patients, and customers. • Research alternative funding for product coverage and enroll patients in assistance programs. • Following the completion of each case effective communication on program details are provided to the patient.• Skillfully respond to escalated issues and referrals.• Analyze case outcomes for payer trends to ensure accurate benefit details are obtained.• Investigate internal and external escalations for multiple high-volume territories while exceeding program metrics and SLAs.• Organize and distribute the pharmacy escalation report to the escalations team, providing completed report to operations team. • Continuously maintain outstanding quality assurance scores in case progression and inbound and outbound calls.
