As a paralegal/legal assistant specialized in corporate housekeeping, I was in charge of the follow-up of corporate housekeeping matters of Interparking SA. My main tasks consisted of, among others, arranging Board meetings, annual and extraordinary Shareholders' meetings and Committees’ meetings and drafting corporate documents related to those meetings, e.g. drafting convening notices, powers of attorney, minutes, preparing Boards and Committees’ packs, publications in the appendixes of the Belgian State Gazette, registration in the shareholders register and in the Trade register, etc. My position also consisted of providing general legal administrative support such as taking care of signing legal documents and administrative follow-up, translating minutes into Dutch and English, control and support the foreign subsidiaries in corporate housekeeping matters, reporting data changes to the shareholders, etc.
