  During my internship at Rara Labs, I had the opportunity to work on back-end web development using a combination of technologies. I gained hands-on experience with Golang, which is a programming language known for its efficiency and scalability. Additionally, I worked with GraphQL, a query language that enables efficient data fetching and manipulation.In terms of databases, I worked extensively with PostgreSQL, a powerful and reliable open-source relational database management system. This allowed me to store and retrieve data efficiently for the in-house web application I was working on.To expose the functionality of the web application to clients, I implemented REST APIs. These APIs allowed clients to interact with the application's resources and perform various operations. I also utilized Git for version control and collaboration, ensuring smooth code management and easy integration of changes.Collaboration was further facilitated by using GitHub, a web-based hosting service for version control repositories. It provided a centralized platform for our team members to collaborate, review code, and track project progress.During the internship, I also gained familiarity with Amazon S3, a cloud storage service. This allowed us to store and retrieve files securely and efficiently, providing a scalable solution for handling media files and other assets.Overall, my experience at Rara Labs was highly valuable, thanks to the guidance and support from my team members and mentors. I am grateful for the opportunity to work on a real-world web application and expand my skills in back-end web development.
