-Prepare and lead demonstrations for customers interested in the WMS solution (K.motion warehouse edge).-Prepare and ensure the proper functioning of the infrastructure: server, SQL server, SSRS, ISS, middleware.-Transfer of skills (via training, manuals, etc.) to the end customer, partners or internally.-Manage WEB developments around the WMS solution in order to align with customer needs (3PL company): WEB application for 3PL invoicing and another intended for their customers so that they can access their stocks (qunatities and Expiry date) and initiate transfer requests.-Transportation and route optimization project: Gathering of needs, writing analysis notebook, planning, ROI calculation(Return on investment), contribution to the improvement of processes and developments proposed by the client.

-Manage all logistics and inbound inventory operations for 6 production sites and 11 sales platform.-Establish the annual supply program for all the products: Ice cream, Fresh products, Juice and Milk.-Plan the necessary investments to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain.-Drafting of specifications for the implementation of a warehouse management system (WMS) for finished products.-Reduction in the raw material shortage rate of 17% compared to 2019 and 9% compared to 2020

-Assist in the implementation of the MRP2 module and planning module (MSW&PSW).-Testing and validation of new developments on the ERP system (Supply Chain Management module).-Analyze MRP results and coordinate with different departments to meet business forecasts.-Update the operating ranges and hourly rates of production and animation of workshops with interested parties.-Assist in the implementation of production dashboards and monitoring of KPI's: OEE, OOE & TEEP.-Updating operating ranges and hourly rates while respecting and verifying the impact on various services (management control, inventory and accounting).-Planning, coordinating and monitoring the production of the GIPA Kairaouen production site.-Monitoring stock coverage and alerting for shortages of raw materials and finished goods at various production sites-Tracking purchases and receipt dates and coordinating with the inventory and production planning departments to meet the production schedule and fulfill customer demand.-Tracking supply chain incidents and implementing improvement actions by relevant departments (inventory & purchasing).

During my five-month internship, I was able to address problems related to the machine through the deployment of the "quality pillar" of the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) approach. In this context, I followed the seven steps of the approach, starting with the investigation phase to get a clear understanding of the factory flow, the operation of the machines and the existing defects. After that, I focused on the identified problems to determine their root causes, attack them to eliminate them, and close our approach by establishing zero-defect conditions.
