Assigned to assist:MASS & PROJECT TEAMJob responsibilities:• Supporting consultants in recruitment by sourcing candidates based on client's request, including requirements, position, and location of placement using talent sourcing tools such as Jobstreet and LinkedIn Recruiter.• Supporting consultants by tapping candidates who have been sourced and recap the interview stages of candidates.• Inputting resumes or CVs from candidates and job orders into an internal database using Bullhorn – Applicant Tracking System.• Assisting consultants with administrative tasks, such as creating candidate profile summaries and compiling candidates data to be reported to clients.• List of industry handled by Mass & Project Team:- Manufacture- IT & Tech- Banking & Financial Services- FMCG- Energy & Mineral- EPC
