I am Lamisha Ahmed, an IT Graduate and current IT Administrator. I manage and resolve technical and structural issues on a daily basis. My focus is on ensuring high-quality resolutions within efficient timeframes. My role involves overseeing device and user management, addressing Jira tickets, and handling data and mailbox migrations. Additionally, I also participate in transition projects for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.Apart from my current role, I also find software development to be very intriguing. For me, software development is a sector to merge my creative and analytical skills perfectly and to have visually engaging end results in the form of websites or web applications. For me, the most important objective is to be a positive influence on others through my work ethic and commitment.
